A Proust madeleine! These tatin tarts are made without a mould! No need to bother. The only difference is that the caramelization will overflow a little from under the pies.. and you will have to turn them over to brown them a little more. A quick apple recipe! Individual tatin tarts perfect for afternoon tea! Good tasting !
Ingredients :
Sugar
Butter
2 apples
Lemon water
1 puff pastry
1- You can use another dough than puff pastry.
2 - You can use date honey if you want to prevent the caramelization from overflowing.
3 - You can use semi-salted butter too!
4 - You can use another fruit such as a pear for example.
5 - You can also add lemon water which gives flavor, vanilla, orange, etc...
