Jamaican Style Curry Goat and Coleslaw

CURRY GOAT:
1 lb curry goat
2 tsp salt*
2 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp green seasoning**
1/2 tbsp Jamaican curry powder
to marinate goat
1 tbsp to cook in oil
1 small carrot
3 - 4 sprigs thyme
4 pimento grains
3 - 4 stalks Scallion
2 tsps minced ginger
3 garlic cloves diced
1 small onion diced 1 scotch bonnet pepper Approximately 4-5 cups water
*Only use if the all purpose seasoning is NOT high in salt
**a blend of onion, scallion, garlic, thyme, olive oil
COLESLAW:
1lb cabbage
2 -3 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp vinegar
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp salt
