In this video lesson I will show you how to make a delicious fermented dough that can be used for different types of snacks or pizzas. It's an easy recipe and anyone can make it. You will love the result!
I will also show you all the tips and secrets for producing this delicious recipe that is perfect for you to sell and make money.

Performance:
72 party size pieces (with dough weighing 25 grams)
18 snack bars pieces (with dough weighing 100 grams)
Ingredients for the basic dough:
- 450 milliliters of warm milk
- 150 milliliters of cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- 20 grams of dry organic yeast
- 70 grams of sugar (5 tablespoons)
- 10 grams of salt (1 level tablespoon)
- 1 kilo of unleavened wheat flour (all purpose wheat flour)
I used the ingredients below as filling just to demonstrate how to shape the snacks. You can use the fillings of your choice.
- Ham
- Ricotta cheese
- Cream cheese
- Parsley
- Green olives
- Biquinho Pepper
- Sausage
To finish:
- 1 egg
- Oregano
