If you ever start to feel bored with Pilates, you need to mix it up and this Pilates Foam Roller Workout is perfect to refine your practice and we’ll add a stability challenge at the end of the workout. I know a lot of people use a foam roller for recovery or to stretch, but it has other uses too. It can add support to a Pilates exercise or increase the intensity of an exercise depending upon how we choose to use the foam roller.
