Ingredients (Recipe)- Vietnamese Chicken Stew, Gà Lagu:
3 lbs. Chicken Drumstick
1 tbsp Garlic
1 tbsp Shallot
2 tbsp Annatto Seed Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tsp Chicken Seasoning
1 tsp Sugar
300g Tomato
250g Potato
250g Carrot
1 cup Green Peas
200g Yellow Onion
- Garnish with Chopped Green Onion & Cilantro
- Dipping Sauce: Salt & Black Pepper with Lime Juice
