Ingredients (recipe)- Cold Cut Pork Knuckle:
1 piece Pork Knuckle
2 Stalks Green Onion
3 Pieces Star Anise
2 Pieces Cinamon Stick
4 Piece Bay Leaves
1 tsp Pepper Corn
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Cooking Wine
30g Ginger Slices

Dipping Sauce:
1 tbsp Garlic
1 tbsp Vinegar
2 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Water
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tbsp Sugar
Chili (Optional)
