On 3/12/2022
Officer was patrolling the area and observed a female exit a nearby bar. As the female, later identified as Danielle Pianosi, was exiting the bar she began yelling obscene language at nearby pedestrians. Danielle then stepped in to the road way and continued to yell. As Danielle was walking Eastbound on E Clayton St, in the roadway, Danielle looked at me and stated "F*** you!".
Officer then approached Danielle and informed her that I was being stopped for walking in the roadway. Danielle handed me her identification card when requested, but continued to call other Police Officers and unrelated pedestrians vulgar names. As Danielle was speaking, an overwhelmingly strong odor commonly associated with an alcoholic beverage came from her breath.
Officer informed Danielle that she was receiving a citation for Pedestrian in the Roadway. As I completed filling out the citation, I began to hand the citation to Danielle. As Danielle began to take possession of the citation she began to tear the citation in to multiple pieces. Danielle was then placed in handcuffs and informed she was under arrest.
Danielle was placed in a patrol vehicle and transported to the county jail.
