Report:
On 12/24/2021,
Officers were dispatched to a trespass person.
Officer met with the victim who stated that a black male wearing a brown shirt with a white long sleeve under it, light-colored blue jeans, grey/white hair Had knocked on her front door. The victim said that when she opened her door the male had barged in uninvited. The victim stated that the male had accused her of owing him $7.00. The victim then stated that the male had laid down on her living room floor. The victim said that she left her residence to go to a neighbor that lived below her. She stated that the male had followed her. The victim said that she ran back Inside of her residence and locked her front door.
The victim then stated that the male started kicking her door and banging on the front glass window. She stated that the male eventually went down the front steps and walked towards the "laundry area".
Officers in the area spotted a black male that matched the description near McDonalds. Officer drove to the area and spotted officers attempting to detain the suspect. While running up to assist Officers was on his side on the ground and was not listening to verbal commands. Officers gave multiple commands for the suspect to turn over and place his hands behind his back. The suspect at one point opened his mouth and lunged his head towards Officers. The suspect was still actively resisting. The suspect was tased and still continued to resist being placed into handcuffs. Officers were able to get a handcuff on the suspects left hand and then the right hand (DL,BB).
The suspect was spitting at Officers. He was searched and then Officers attempted to place the suspect into the back of a patrol vehicle. The suspect would not fully get into the vehicle. He was kicking towards Officers. The suspect then kicked the rear passenger side window multiple times while spitting. He continued to spit until they arrived at the jail.
The suspect was transported to Jail and turned over.
