Performing Tibialis Raises will help you to walk better, run faster, and jump higher.  This muscle is key for ankle stability and performance while moving on your feet!  

In this video, we'll walk you through a few different exercises that you can do to strengthen your tibialis muscle and help you move better on your feet!

If you've ever had pain in your shin, shin splints, or feel that burning sensation on the front side of your lower leg while running, walking, or jumping, then these exercises will certainly help you out!
