Chicken Liver in Chinese Style Sauce

I discovered and tried this recipe from seriouseats.com (they used pork liver), and it was very tasty. So, in this video, I used chicken liver to see if the sauce also suits it. And yes, I therefore confirm that this chinese style sauce complements well with either chicken or pork liver.
