Gorgeous stir fry pork liver with ginger and spring onions one of my favourites way of cooking liver. I am going to share this recipe with you guys; it’s quite an easy dish to cook as well. There’s onion, 2 cloves of garlic, ginger and spring onion. Also 120g of fresh pork liver.
Gently tap the length of the spring onion before cut them into 3cm lengths. Coarsely chop the ginger and garlic (you can mix them together).
Below is the full recipe.
Ingredients;
120g sliced pork liver
100g sliced onion / half onion
2 stalk spring onions
2 cloves garlic
10g ginger
60ml water
Condiments
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
1g salt
1g MSG
Half teaspoon oyster sauce
Dash cooking wine
Dash white pepper powder
1 teaspoon garlic oil / sesame oil

Method:
Cut the pork liver into slices and boiled them for 7 minutes; rinse thoroughly and set aside to drain off excessive water.
Heat wok with 2 tablespoons of vegetable cooking oil; add the garlic and ginger first followed by the onion, spring onion and pork liver.
Add dark soy sauce and stir fry for a bit before adding a dash of cooking wine.
Stir fry for some more and add water, followed by the salt, MSG, white pepper powder and oyster sauce.
Stir fry for another minute before thicken the sauce with potato starch and a dash of garlic oil/sesame oil to complete.
