Follow this easy recipe to learn how to make homemade Avocado ice cream. This recipe is super easy and requires only 3 ingredients and few minutes of work.
Ingredients:
1. Two cups heavy cream or heavy whipping cream. (480 ml)
2. Large Avocado ( 1 Cup of Avocado pulp or to taste )
3. 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk.(397 g)
Instructions
- Pour cold heavy whipping cream into a large bowl. Beat using an egg whisk or an electric beater until stiff peaks form.
- Add condensed milk to the bowl and continue beating until fully combined.
- Add Avocado pulp.
- Pour mixture into a loaf pan and level the top using a spatula.
- Cover the loaf pan with plastic wrap. Make sure the plastic wrap touches the cream.
- Put in a freezer and let it freeze for 6 hours.
No ice cream machine needed & no special equipments needed. This homemade Avocado ice cream recipe is also eggless. This is creamy, smooth & rich homemade Avocado ice cream in few minutes.
