Frozen dessert lovers have seen that it's almost impossible to find grape ice cream . It turns out that the explanation is the high water content in these berries.
Grapes are among those natural products that have an excessive amount of water —at almost 81%. When frozen, it becomes ice. This leads to ice cream that is covered with lumps. Eggless Grapes Ice Cream is a no-churn (no ice cream maker) recipe created with only four major ingredients: whipping cream/heavy cream, condensed milk, vanilla flavoring and grape syrup.
▬ Ingredients for ice cream base ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
1. Two cups heavy cream or heavy whipping cream (480 ml).
2. 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk.(397 g)
3. 1 Tea spoon of Black Grapes syrup.
4. 1/2 Tea spoon Vanilla
▬ Instructions for Grapes ice cream ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
- Pour cold heavy whipping cream into a large bowl. Beat using an egg whisk or an electric beater until stiff peaks form.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk to the bowl and continue beating until fully combined.
- Add Grapes syrup to the mixture.
- Pour mixture into a loaf pan and level the top using a spatula.
- Cover the loaf pan with plastic wrap or baking paper. Make sure the wrap touches the cream.
- Put in a freezer and let it freeze for 6 hours.
