Chili soup scones| How to make cheese soup scones | Cheese scones recipe | soup biscuits recipe

These scones are delicious they go well with soups or even as a snack with Parma ham and eggs! Don’t let the chili scare you it’s not that hot but if you want them to be hot you can add more  chili 🌶


INGREDIENTS


250g Plain flour
100g Cold butter
4 tbsp Milk
45g  Gouda cheese or Cheddar cheese
45g Smoked scamorza
2 Eggs 1 for the dough + 1 for coating
2 Tsp Baking powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Rashers bacon
1/2 Chili 🌶 flakes
