100G COLD BUTTER ( CUT IN CUBES)
80G SULTANAS
2G SALT
3 TABLESPOONS COLD MILK
4 TABLESPOONS POWDERED SUGAR
2 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
2 EGGS (1 FOR THE MIXTURE AND THE OTHER ONE FOR GLAZING THE TOP OF THE SCONES)
BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN FOR 20 MINUTES AT 190°C
