今次這個個案分享是關於一位 40 歲的女士, 最主要都是因為椎間盤突出. 在2016年的時候做了個磁力共振, 當時看有一個7mm 的椎間盤突出, 影響她腰痛, 腳沒有力, 腳痛的情況. 其實她也有做治療也有做運動,似乎到2017年她的徵狀沒有太大改善, 她來找我, 我幫她再做腰椎的磁力共振看有否椎間變差的情況. 一照之後看到她原先那個椎間盤突出是比之前更加突出有 9mm 的突出......

This case is about a 40 year old woman. Her main symptom is lumbar disc protrusion. She did a MRI scan in 2016, she had a 7mm disc protrusion
causing her lower back and leg pain. She did treatment and exercise,
but her symptoms still have not improved in 2017. She came to see me,
I did a lumbar MRI scan for her, to check her disc protrusion condition.
