The earliest known recipes for Glamorgan sausages date back to the 19th century. However, it's believed that the concept of using cheese and breadcrumbs to make a sausage-like food item could be older.

1 teaspoon mustard (preferably Welsh mustard)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Vegetable oil for frying

500 ml milk
1 tbsp cornflour/ cornstarch
½ tsp mustard powder
110g Caerphilly cheese grated
1 tbsp chopped parsley
