FULL BODY STRENGTH WORKOUT - Strength training for women is vital and if you want to know how to build muscle at home just grab your dumbbells and follow along with the best strength workout for women.

You'll need a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this full body strength workout at home . I used a set of 5 + 7 +10 kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.

How it’s done: Complete the circuits 3 x through. Decreasing in time each Set
Set 1: 50 secs work/20 Secs rest
Set 2: 40 secs work/15 Secs rest
Set 3: 30 secs work/10 Secs rest
