FULL BODY STRENGTH -Strength training for women is vital and if you want to know how to build muscle at home just grab your dumbbells and follow along with the best strength workout for women.

You'll need a variety of dumbbells to complete this strength training at home. I used a set of 5kg + 7kg + 10kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level

There are 6 circuits to complete 2 x through- 45 secs work/15 secs rest
