How to prepare tamales from start to finish!

Ingredients
8 lbs Beef, Chicken, or Pork
1 Large White Onion
1 Head of Garlic
3 Bay Leaves
Beef or Chicken Bouillon (5-6 Tbsp divided)
Salt (3-4 Tbsp)
5 lbs  of Corn Flour
1-1/2 to 2 lbs of Lard or 3-4 cups of Vegetable, canola, or olive oil
1 Tbsp Cumin
20 Chile Guajillo or NM or California Chili Pods
3 Chile Anchos
10 Chiles de Arbol (optional)
Beef broth  10-14 cups
12-14 cups of water to boil the meat i

60-70 Corn Husks

Makes approximately 60-65 tamales
Cooked tamales can last up to a week in the refrigerator.
If you plan on freezing them to use for a later time, wrap them in aluminum foil and in a sealed, tight plastic bag. When ready, use them, unthaw them, and steam them. They can last up to six months in the freezer and taste as if they were freshly made.

It would be best if you also had a large tamale steamer.
