Quick and Easy Potato Tostadas with Chile Guajillo

This is a quick and economical meal that can be prepared in under 30 minutes with just a few ingredients.

Ingredients:
4 Yukon Gold Potatoes (Any other type works)
4 Chile Guajillo
4-5 Chiles de Arbol (Optional)
1/4 White Onion
1 Roma Tomato
2 Garlic Cloves
1/2 Tsp Cumin
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Salt or more depending on your taste

You will also need tostadas and your favorite toppings.
I used lettuce, sour cream, and queso fresco.
