Sweet Pineapple Tamales

These tasty sweet tamales are made with pineapple and raisins.

Ingredients:
3 Cups Corn Flour (Maseca)
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp  asking Soda
Pinch of Salt
20 oz Can Pineapple Bits with Juice
14 oz Can Condensed Milk
1 Cup Melted Vegetable Shortening (Crisco) or Lard
1 Cup Raisins

Makes 12-15 Tamales
