HMONG FOOD RECIPES | How to Make Lazy Pork Khaub Poob (No Coconut Milk) | Khaub Poob Tub Nkeeg | Bonntaub | Namya Curry
Hello Everyone. What does Tub Nkeeg mean and why is it called khaub poob tub nkeeg? Tub Nkeeg means LAZY.
This isn't a dish that I ate growing up... My mom probably wouldn't agree with eating khaub poob made with pork either... But from research, it seems that it's called khaub poob tub nkeeg because it's simple and has less ingredients that the normal red curry khaub poob that can mix and match curry paste, lots of bamboo, lots of protein, coconut milk, banana blossoms, mushrooms, the works that typical khaub poob would have.

From this partnership of creativity, love for food & addiction to traveling; we now combine all of our passions into this! Our goal is to show the world how easy it is to cook at home with basic ingredients & showcasing the most delicious food in the cities we travel.
