Yield: approximately 120 units (with 10 grams)
Note: You can replace the seasonings with ingredients of your choice. You can find these seasonings in supermarkets and spice stores.
Ingredients:
- 350 grams of sausage
- 30 grams of margarine (80% fat)
- 2 small onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 630 milliliters of water
- 1/2 spoon (dessert) of paprika
- 1 dessert spoon of vegetable broth powder
- 1 dessert spoon of "Chef's Seasoning"
- 2 dessert spoons of dehydrated leeks (can be replaced with a portion of parsley or chives)
- 350 grams of unleavened wheat flour (all purpose wheat flour)
To bread:
- Water
- 500 grams of breadcrumbs
