Pumpkin custard or Sankaya Lpov
Pumpkin custard or Sankaya Lpov is a popular traditional Cambodian dessert that is easy to find in fresh-food market. Sankaya is a sweet custard that we stuff in the whole pumpkin and steamed it. This menu is quite easy to do at home.
Ingredients:
5 Small pumpkins
12 Chicken eggs
4 Pandan leaves
3/4 Cup [200ml] Coconut milk
1tsp Salt
3/4 Cup [150g] Palm sugar
