Testing my Body Fat % 😱 Plus a BIG Leg Workout 🔥

Recently I got a Biosignature Modulation Test™ (commonly referred to as BioSig Test) by the team at ‪@EnterpriseFitnessAu‬ in Melbourne!

This is something that I've been doing on a more regular basis lately because I was sick of all the "guess work" and wanted to see some tangible data that I can use to track my progress 🙏

Measuring your body composition using scales or the way you "look" can only take you so far and can also often be an inaccurate measurement of your true progress (as shown in this video)

My weight (on the scales) actually increased over the fortnight between the 2 tests that I did but it turns out my body fat % decreased (which is a big win because it means that I'm gaining muscle) 💪

I thought this would be an important video to share (especially for the ladies) because I know how horrible those scales can make you feel !!

So provided that you're doing all your training, eating well and resting when needed - try not to overly concern yourself too much with the scales 🙅‍♀️

If you really want to get a good reading with where things are at - seek further help like a BioSig Test or even a DEXA Scan if possible)
