b) Rolling V Sits x 10
c) Fire Hydrants x 10ea
d) Frog Stretches x 20sec
e) Wide Step Runners Lunge x 10ea
f) Hip Aeroplanes x 10ea
g) Bulgarian Split Squats x 10ea

And finally here's a full workout for you to try if you'd like to sample my style of training 💪

1. High Bar Squats 15,12,10
2. Leg Press 3x10
3a. Walking Lunge 3x30 steps
3b. 2 Up 1 Down Leg Extensions 3x7ea
3c. Regular Leg Extensions 3x15
4. Calf Raises 3x20
