The Sacral Chakra is the chakra of sexuality, creativity, and chi (qi), it is the second chakra in the base 7 chakra system and that numerical placement denotes it's fourth main property, being that of duality. It is located in the lower abdomen or gut and is a feminine energy or has a negative spin. Chi is the bodies electrical energy which is generated in the gut, and just as the balance between negatively charged particles and positively charged particles can generate electricity, the same is true emotionally, and both are related to our chi. The Sacral Chakra in it's duality deals with all mental and emotional negatives and positives, and it is through the reconciliation of those negatives and positives that this chakra may become balanced. Within each of us is good and bad, yin and yang, truths and fallacies, realities and unrealities. This chakra can be charged and lean negative or positive, but the balance and control of both allows this chakra true balance.

Balancing this chakra implores you to look into both natures of yourself and to reconcile the two halves. In practice this typically becomes evident in the decisions we find ourselves having to make in our lives. Often in this life we are put through trials and this includes many forks in our path where we have the choice to make one decision or another. If you are struggling to discern between right and wrong it is likely that this is the chakra that needs to be balanced, bigger decisions can create bigger imbalances in this chakra when the answer is unclear. In todays society, the sacral chakra is the most commonly targeted chakra and the most frequently in need of balance. In this age of information and disinformation we can find ourselves lost and confused. There is much deception out there and reconciling with the truth and lies, good and bad of it all, can leave this chakra imbalanced and depleted. To balance this chakra we must look within, holding these questions in our minds and weigh the fruits of their answers. The right choice will weigh lighter and will bare positive fruits, even if it's hard to chose this path. Often the right path will be harder but will bare the most fruits, and make life easier for yourself going forward.

This Chakra is commonly blocked by shame, or in other words, knowing you've made the wrong decision. Whether it is in the present or the past, shame and regret can block this chakra. It is important to reconcile for your decisions and allow yourself to let them go, to make better decisions in the future. Reconciling this balance of positives and negatives open the energies to flow abundantly and will power your chi. And that life force will drive you creatively and sexually, as well as amplify your bodies electrical field. Gut health is one of the most important in our physical bodies and this chakra is intrinsically related, balancing and amplifying our bioelectricity will improve motor functions and brain activity amongst many other things! Our physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies are all intimately linked together, and it's at this chakra where that begins to become clearly apparent.

Keeping this chakra balanced is critical for all higher chakras as every chakra is for the ones beyond it, however this chakra holds a special importance as this chakra can commonly trap many individuals in the lower three chakras. Survival and will power are more commonly understood in western society than the only feminine energy of the lower three chakras, who also holds the most complexity. The balancing of this chakra becomes increasingly more important when ascending to the 4D chakras and beyond, as we face bigger and more difficult decisions/moral quandaries.

And as always, peace and love to you all. If you are having a bad day or experiencing trauma, I pray your experience improves. And I hope these videos can offer some solace in these transformative times.
