The Throat Chakra deals with
The Throat Chakra deals with truth and is associated with the color blue. This chakra is blocked by lies, both the ones we tell ourselves and the ones we tell others. The balanced throat is abundant and expressive, it is the bridge between the heart and the mind. The balanced throat will use this bridge to amplify the voice of the soul, demonstrating true expression and the ability to speak things into existence. The balanced throat will use its voice to help lift depression from the self or others as well as balance negative energy. Confidence, peace, and creativity are all feelings associated with a balanced throat chakra.
An imbalanced throat chakra is stubborn and fearful, preoccupied with struggles of confidence, money, power and recognition, whilst also being too fearful to tackle and resolve the issues. The imbalanced throat rejects help for the self and is often associated with depression, demonstrating lacks of willpower and peace. The imbalanced throat struggles to communicate clearly and becomes lost in details and untruths.
