Aamras is loved by all. Specially in summer season , it is made offenlly. Aamras is a popular dessert from the western Indian states of Maharashtra and Gujarat. So watch and learn how to make Aamras .
Ingredients
- 5 mangoes
- 5 to 6 tbsp sugar
- pinch of salt
Method
- Squeeze the mango and take out the pulp of it with your hands
- Add sugar and mix well with hand blender
- Add a pinch of salt and sonth/ ginger powder
- Garnish it with mango cubes
Mango Pulp is ready to be served!
