Panic Attacks - Real Life Footage

It's been a long time since I've last made a video. I contemplated when it would be a good time to upload this one, but there really isn't a "good time". I've been wanting to make videos about mental health and with everything that's going on in the world I thought perhaps this is an appropriate place to start. I've included real footage of an actual panic attack to give you a sense of how confusing the entire experience can be. Just because someone looks "normal" does not mean they are not struggling inside. This is one of the things that makes identifying someone in need of help even harder than it already is. But remember, sometimes all it takes is one check in and one smile to make someone's day and make them feel better.
