Over the years I've adapted the Skinnymixers recipe to suit our tastes, I then took it one step further and adapted it for canning.
I give a disclaimer in the beginning of the video, but this is not an 'approved recipe' all methods I use are within the guidelines created around pressure canning that I am comfortable using, but please be aware that you need to use your own discretion :)
I triple the marinade ingredients with triple the chicken.
I used approximately triple the onion amounts but approx 6 x the spice ingredients (You could use more onion, my issue was the size of my pot! though a lovely viewer sent me a new one which I have to show off!)
6 times the tomato paste ingredients and then I also added a jar of passata and half a jar of water to clean the passata jar out.
