SOFT AND JUICY BEEF SEEKH KEBAB

Here is the recipe of soft and juicy beef seekh kebab you have never tried it before. I am going to barbeque these kebabs. Lets start making it!

INGREDIENTS

Beef mince meat 1 1/2 kg
Shan seekh kebab masala 1 pkt + 3 tbsp
Ginger paste 3 tbsp
Garlic paste 3 tbsp
Green chilli paste 1 tsp
Fried onion 75 gms
Yoghurt 8 tbsps
Roasted Chick peas powder 7 tbsp
Coriander chopped as required
Meat tenderizer 1 tsp

NOTE:
1. Add meat tenderizer 1 tsp if you want to make seekh kebab within 4-5 hours.
2. Add 1/4 tsp meat tenderizer if you are leaving the mixture overnight.
3. By adding yoghurt seekh kebab will come out very tender and juicy.
