This video is a suitable postnatal workout for those moms who have not had a c section and want to improve tone and strength post-pregnancy. The exercises target and tone your thighs and hips to lose the baby weight and strengthen your lower body so you can do and enjoy the daily activities of being a mom/mum pain-free! Playing with your baby on the floor, picking up your baby, pushing your baby in their stroller or buggy. When you get stronger you’ll have more energy too.

Postpartum exercise after c section needs to involve exercises that are in comfortable positions and avoid strain to your scar or stomach to avoid worsening diastasis recti or cause pain to your stomach. Your post c section workout plan should also include eating healthy foods that will help promote the healing of your scar and manage weight loss without dieting with postnatal cardio-vascular exercise (see the links below) that is low impact.
All my after c section exercise videos have exercises that aim to avoid pulling your scar when you move and will help you improve your fitness postpartum.
