This is a 30-minute yoga class for the glutes and hamstrings but will provide a deep stretch for the legs, hips, and spine. Since this is yin yoga, we'll hold the poses for 3 to 5 minutes each. This yin yoga stretch is perfect to get a deep hamstring stretch and deep glute stretch.
