Yield: 18 units (dough divided into portions of 100 grams)
Ingredients for the dough:
- 500 grams of wheat for kibbeh
- 750 milliliters of water
- 1 serving of mint
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 500 grams of ground beef (use the meat of your choice)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 teaspoons of Lemon Pepper seasoning (can be replaced with the juice of 1 lemon)
Lemon Pepper seasoning is sold in spice stores and supermarkets. This seasoning adds lemon and pepper flavor to the recipe.
- 1 level teaspoon of cumin pepper (also called black pepper)
- 1 medium onion
Ingredients for the filling:
- 1 medium onion
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 700 grams of ground beef (use the meat of your choice)
- Mint and parsley to taste
- 1 teaspoon of cumin pepper (also called black pepper)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Ingredients for the pepper sauce:
- 1 portion of coriander or parsley
