③ Sift the whole powder and put the dough in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

④ The rested dough becomes hard, but when baking, loosen the dough and adjust it to a hardness that is easy to use.

⑤ Spread a thin layer of dough with a firm hardness on top.

⑥ Bake for 7 minutes in an oven preheated to 160℃.

The baked dough is soft, so mold it while it is hot.
