今天我會跟大家說下頸椎性耳鳴, 我想跟大家說下這個頸椎性耳鳴其實是很普遍的. 因為很多時候我們聽到病人來求診時說有耳鳴 , 他們已經見了耳鼻喉科或許是看了腦科. 是要去清楚理解到底自己耳朵的內耳道 , 內耳的神經線有沒有問題的. 當檢查之後沒問題, 也許是檢查腦部看看有沒有腦腫瘤壓住聽覺神經線,  如果沒有這些問題的時候, 其實很可能大部分都是因為我們頸椎性的原因而引起這個病變, 引致這個耳鳴聲的. 通常一般我的病人他們有耳鳴是由頸椎而來, 通常都是單邊的耳鳴聲....

Today I would like to talk about cervicogenic tinnitus. I want to say cervicogenic tinnitus is actually very common. Many times patients come to the clinic saying that they have tinnitus. They have seen ENT specialist  and perhaps the neurologist. Need to check out the ear canal and auditory system. No problem with the auditory nerve, perhaps the brain may be examined. See any brain tumors that compress the auditory nerves. If there are no problems, it is very likely caused by cervical nerve caused by somatosensory nerve in cervical spine.
