📚 Blackened Mahimahi
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon paprika https://amzn.to/47Sdo0p
½ teaspoon black pepper https://amzn.to/3PnejPb
½ teaspoon garlic powder https://amzn.to/3ktWHV3
½ teaspoon onion powder https://amzn.to/3EpqR2i
½ teaspoon oregano https://amzn.to/3Pl3Cg0
½ teaspoon thyme https://amzn.to/480BqX6
¼ teaspoon kosher salt https://amzn.to/3Z5irq7
2 pounds mahimahi
1 tablespoon oil https://amzn.to/45FpZ5t

Directions:
1. Add seasonings to a small bowl. Mix to combine and set aside.
2. Using a paper towel, pat mahi mahi dry.
3. Generously sprinkle seasoning over both sides of the fish.
4. Set a pan over medium high heat. Once the pan is hot, add oil and the mahimahi to the pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes, flip and cook for another 3-5 minutes or until the fish is opaque, cooked through, and flaky.
5. Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel lined plate to drain excess oil. Option serve with a squeeze of lemon and ENJOY!
