Today, I will make a honey combination, matcha strawberry cream cheese cookie.

These days, it's easy to purchase a variety of cafe drink bases.
I recently purchased some Bever City beverage bases and used them in baking.
Making chewy cream cheese cookies using Jeju matcha powder and strawberry base♥
These cookies are best eaten cold, so I recommend freezing them :)

▶Ingredients
50g Eggs
120g Unsalted butter
150g Cake flour
90g All purpose flour
40g Bevercity matcha powder
50g Sugar
3g Baking powder
2g Vanilla extract
1g Baking soda
1g Salt
240g Cream cheese
30g Bevercity strawberry base
15g Sugar powder
10g Strawberry powder
3g Strawberry dice
*Bevercity matcha powder can be replaced with sugar 30 and matcha powder 8, and strawberry base can be replaced with the same amount of strawberry jam.
▶How to make
1. Lightly mix room temperature butter, sugar, salt, and eggs.
2. Add all sifted powders and mix well.
3. Add room temperature cream cheese, strawberry base, strawberry powder, and sugar powder and mix well.
4. Divide the dough from step 2 into 10 pieces and make a concave shape in the middle of each.
5. Add the cream cheese from 3 to the dough from 4.
6. Store the finished dough in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ (338℉) for about 17 minutes.
