------------------ Ingredients ------------------
1 kg - Chicken
4 Big Ripe Tomatoes (chopped or ground)
3 Onions (finely chopped)
Pepper Powder (to taste)
1 tbsp - Chicken Masala Powder
½ Capsicum (chopped)
¼ tsp - Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp - Kashmiri Chilli Powder
2 tsp - Coriander Seed Powder
1 tbsp - Garlic Paste
1 tsp - Ginger Paste
1 tsp - Cumin Seed Powder
½ tsp - Garam Masala Powder
1 ½ tsp - Salt
3 Green Chillies (chopped)
½ tsp - Cumin Seeds
3 to 4 tbsp - Green Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
1 Inch - Cinnamon Stick
½ tsp - Dried Fenugreek Leaves
2 Bay Leaves
3 to 4 tbsp - Oil

0:25 Step 1 - Heat Oil. Add spices & Onions. Fry
0:43 Step 2 - Add Ginger & Garlic paste. Fry
1:03 Step 3 - Add Green Chillies, Tomatoes & Salt. Cover & simmer
1:27 Step 4 - Add in the powdered ingredients
1:48 Step 5 - Drop in the Chicken pieces. Fry
2:08 Step 6 - Add hot water. Bring to boil. Cover & simmer
