------------------ Ingredients ------------------
2 tbsp -Oil
1 tbsp - Garlic Paste
1 tsp - Cumin Seed Powder
1 ½ tsp - Coriander Seed Powder
¼ tsp - Turmeric Powder
3 Big Green Chillies (to taste)
1 to 2 Bay Leaves
2 tsp - Pepper Powder (freshly ground)
1 ½ tsp - Salt
2 to 3 Chopped Green Chillies (to taste)
1 tsp - Ginger Paste
2 to 3 tbsp - Chopped Green Coriander (to taste)
1kg - Chicken Drumsticks (or any other Chicken pieces)
½ cup - Yoghurt
1 Large Onion (chopped)
130ml - FRESHLY SQUEEZED Orange Juice (½ cup)

0:23 Step 1 - Pre-season the Chicken
0:38 Step 2 - Prepare the Marinade
1:08 Step 3 - Marinate the Chicken
1:26 Step 4 - Heat Oil. Add Bay Leaf & Chillies
1:42 Step 5 - Add Onions. Fry until light brown
2:02 Step 6 - Add Chicken. Cook on high for 5 minutes
2:30 Step 7 - Simmer for 15 minutes
2:50 Step 8 - Open & cook on high till water evaporates
3:09 Step 9 - Add Coriander leaves. Cook
3:29 Step 10 - Add Green Chillies. Mix. Cover & simmer until done
3:49 Step 11 - Transfer to a serving plate
