केवळ आवड म्हणून सुरु केलेल्या दागिने निर्मितीच्या छंदाचं व्यवसायात रूपांतर झालेल्या
Aadyaa, या लोकप्रिय चांदीच्या दागिन्यांच्या ब्रँडची संस्थापक सायली मराठे.
अनेक नामांकित कंपन्यांमध्ये SAP सल्लागार म्हणून नोकरी करत असतानाच केवळ छंद म्हणून दागिने बनवण्याची आवड तिला लागली. त्याला मिळालेला प्रतिसाद पाहून तिने २०१३ मध्ये स्वतःची कंपनी सुरू केली.
२०१६ मध्ये, Aadyaa ने "Itihaas" नावाचा पहिलं कलेक्शन लाँच केलं, ज्यामध्ये शुद्ध चांदीमध्ये तयार केलेल्या पारंपरिक महाराष्ट्रीय दागिन्यांचा समावेश होता.
या अनोख्या कलेक्शनला चांगला प्रतिसाद मिळाला आणि व्यवसाय वाढण्यास मदत झाली. आज, Aadyaa कडे २८ हुन अधिक व्यक्तींची टीम आणि पुण्यात फ्लॅगशिप स्टोअर आहे.
