In this video, Dr. Janine shares ten signs your body needs these nutrients.  If you have pale under eyes this could be an iron deficiency.  Is your hair falling out?  She talks about how this could be a lack of protein in your diet or a red-light deficiency.  Dr. Janine explains a zinc deficiency can cause white spots on the nails.  She looks at how low vitamin C can cause bleeding gums.  Does your eyelid twitch?  This is a telltale sign of a magnesium deficiency.  Cracked heels could mean you are low in riboflavin, niacin, and vitamin D.  Low back pain can also mean a vitamin D deficiency.  Dr. Janine explains how salt cravings could indicate you are low in sodium and dark circles under the eyes could be a vitamin K deficiency.  Lastly, Dr. Janine looks at how the loss of the outer eyebrow hair indicates you are low in iodine and have an under-functioning thyroid.
