Tips:
- FlatRoad="0" is the syntax to add/modify in your ZWO workout file.
- This works best for maximal intervals of 10-15 seconds...
- Remember to choose a flat course / section... so know your routes!
- Choose the right gear! Usually big ring and be prepared to change a few down on the back.
- Don't try sprinting on -15% gradients.
- Implementing the Text alerts is also a good idea so you're reminded to SPRINT!
