It's a great Tai Chi Flow to get you moving with Tai Chi and QiGong beginner basic moves. Good for Beginners to Tai Chi, or older adults, seniors and elderly looking to follow Tai Chi Online at Home.

Learn Tai Chi as it is a gentle, low impact and effective form of exercise. If you suffer with arthritis or painful joints then Tai Chi allows us to move our body whilst going easy on the joints. We practise good posture, move gently and stretch out the body. We work our key major muscles, build strength, improve balance and flexibility. It's easy to get started by following this short, simple TAI CHI AT HOME SESSION.

Always exercise within your own comfort zone and within your own range of motion by listening to your body. Stay relaxed and tension free at the joints so that you do not overstretch. Focus on calm breathing, deeper than you would normally if you can, and really develop the feeling of each movement. FEEL YOUR OWN FLOW.
