This is your BodyFit by Amy 30 Minute Quiet Cardio HIIT with weights workout. This is day 14 of your Holiday HIIT Challenge. This workout will be low impact, but that does not mean low intensity. We will get your heart rate up with low impact exercises using bodyweight or a set of weights. I'll be using my 3 & 5 pound dumbbells. Are you ready? Let's do it!
