This is your BodyFit by Amy 30 Minute Full Body Dumbbell Core HIIT Workout. This is day 7 of your Holiday HIIT Challenge. In this workout we are going to use our dumbbells to get our entire body working for strength and cardio. We'll have a strength round followed by a hiit round to really get that heart pumping, really get those muscles burning, and really get that core fired up. All you need for this workout are your dumbbells and a mat. Are you ready? let's do it!
