Stuffed meatloaf

800 g of mixed minced meat
parsley garlic
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons of cheese
an egg

250 grams of cottage cheese
300 g of thawed spinach
an egg
a spoonful of cheese
salt pepper bread
a cooked carrot
oil
ham and provolone

Season 800 g of mixed minced meat with a little minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons of cheese and an egg, mix well.
Spread the meat out on a sheet of parchment paper, spread out into a square shape.
Prepare a filling with 300 g of cooked and cold spinach, 250 g of ricotta, a spoonful of cheese, an egg, salt and pepper, mix.
On the meat, make 2 layers of cooked ham, a layer of provola and in the center the filling and a cooked carrot.
