This Pulao draws a huge inspiration from the Pav Bhaji stalls on the Juhu Beach which have been serving the best food items for decades together. I remember visiting Juhu beach during my early years in Mumbai that was last 1970 and 80s with my children. The Pav Bhaji and the special pulao used to be our best choices and which have remained the same till now over 40 years. The consistency maintained by almost all the old food stalls at Juhu beach is just amazing and reward worthy. I have rarely seen any restaurant or specialty kitchens across Mumbai or Pune maintaining such kind of consistency and maintaining their  taste quality for so many years.
This Pulao inspired me to make this video as a treasure out of our old memories in Mumbai.
The Pav bHaji Pulao hardly needs any ingredients as most are used during the time of making the Pav bhaji itself. It is easy to make and you can make the best use of the leftover bhaji in a highly tasteful way.
